This issue has been resolved, and the Learning Resource Network (LRN) has been returned to normal functionality.

All students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Learning Resource Network (https://lrn.psu.edu) authentication

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 3:27pm ET on 10/09/18 and there is currently no estimated time for resolution from the vendor.

NOTES:
When attempting to login to the LRN website, users may experience errors..

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
