PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All students, faculty, staff that have not used DUO (2FA) in over one year at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
DUO users inactive for one year or longer will be removed

DATE AND TIME:
Inactive Users will be moved removed from DUO beginning at 9:00 PM on 10/09/2018 through 10/17/18

NOTES:
DUO and Central Person Registry will not be affected during the removal process. If a user that has been removed from DUO because of inactivity, they will need to go to 2fa.psu.edu and re-enroll.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
