Inbound and Outbound Voice services for Mitel/I2 customers will be unavailable

DATE AND TIME:
Inbound and outbound voice services for Mitel/I2 customers will be affected from 5:00 AM ET on 08/10/2018 until 7:00 AM ET on 08/10/2018.

NOTES:
Inbound and outbound voice services for Mitel/I2 customers will be unavailable for brief periods while equipment is reset while updates are applied to the hardware. No workaround available.
