IT SERVICE IMPACTED:
The Pinnacle application will be unavailable during scheduled upgrade

DATE AND TIME:
Service will be affected from 3:00 PM ET on 07/10/2018 until 5:00 AM ET on 07/11/2018.

NOTES:
Penn State IT is scheduled with the vendor to upgrade the Pinnacle application from v6.7 SP7 to v7.1 SP2

This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
