UPDATE
Maintenance is taking longer than originally expected. New expected resolution time is 5 pm, April 8, 2019.

All students, faculty, staff at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Departmental PASS may be slow on 4/5 - 4/8

DATE AND TIME:
Departmental PASS may be affected from 10:00 PM ET on 04/05/2019 until 7:00 AM ET on 04/08/2019.

NOTES:
Non-disruptive maintenance will be applied to departmental PASS (/pass/depts) to update the hardware over the weekend. Access may be slow at times but should otherwise remain available. Other areas in PASS should be unaffected.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
